 Champion Place Events Centre holds aerobics, sports to promote health-style July 30

One of Ghana’s thrilling and vibrating events centres, Champion’s Place Events and Apartments – located at Sowutoum-VRA, in Accra is organising an aerobics and fun-filled sporting activities with a call on Ghanaians to conform to healthy lifestyle practices.

Dubbed “Get in Shape”, the aerobics scheduled for tomorrow at 6.am, intends to attract individuals to the event centre and workout under the stewardship of health and wellness experts who would usher participants to effective training for burning calories in the human system.

A manager at Champion’s Place Events, Mr Ebenezer Laryea, who disclosed this to Times Sports, promised participants of a fun-blazing aerobics coupled with good music to calm nerves of participants while enduring the aerobic sessions.

He mentioned that, the “Get in Shape” aerobics was made possible through the partnership of Champion Dishes, Accra.

Mr Laryea indicated that the exciting aerobics would be a memorable one as compared to the previous ones organised “because it would be interspersed with captivating fun games including table tennis, and some indoor games.”

“These fascinating activities would help in relaxing one’s mind and as well refresh the body and soul,” he reiterated.

Mr Laryea underscored the need for Ghanaians to exercise regularly in order to help prevent some diseases including high blood pressure and diabetes among other health complications.

Corroborating the views of Mr Laryea, Mr Emmanuel Quaye , another manager at Champion Dishes said it was important for individuals to constantly engage in aerobic activities to keep the body in good shape and keeping the heart functioning.

He cautioned Ghanaians to have a healthy diet habits and be mindful of unhealthy lifestyles which is detrimental to one’s health, adding that, it was key to engage in physical training to build one’s physique and immunity at all times.
