Primeval Consult on Saturday held its May edition of the monthly
Celebrity Work session at the Aviation Social Centre.
It drew a large crowd that included former Ghana internationals, Stephen Appiah, Laryea Kingston, Sam Johnson, and Augustine Arhinful.
Companies including Beautiful Beneath and Aegis also took part in the exercise, offering free medical screening for participants at the session.
Ms. Juliet Gyamfi, CEO of Beautiful Beneath and Aegis, said it was ideal that people check on their health frequently and exercise regularly.
She expressed joy that many Ghanaians are now conscious of their health and are taking part in health walks and fitness programmes.
She noted that “health is wealth and you are what you eat, so people should eat balanced diet and train regularly to be fit and healthy.”
