Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko will face-off on March 4 at the Accra Sports Stadium in the President Cup match.
The game, according to the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), is to honour the sitting president on the occasion of the country’s Independence anniversary celebration.
According to the organisers, the two clubs will pocket GH¢50,000 as appearance feesand 25 per cent each of gate proceeds.
President Nana Akufo-Addois expected to grace the occasion and perform the ceremonial kick off and decorate players with medals after the match, Chairman of GHALCA, Mr Kudjoe Fianoo said.
