FA urged to investigate Inter Allies player Hashmin Musah

AshantiGold Sporting Director, Kwasi Darlington, has urged the Ghana FA to order investigation into circumstances around Inter Allies defender, Hashmin Musah scoring two own goals in their Ghana Premier League (GPL) match day 34 game on Sunday.

Musah came from the bench in the second half to score two own goals under bizarre circumstances and was changed again.

He explained later in an interview he granted that the move was to spoil an alleged bet placed on the game.

Darlington has since denied any attempt or Ashgold’s involvement in fixing the game and has called for investigations, starting with Hashmin Musah.

“Inter Allies have issued a statement to investigate anybody involved in this incident. We scored them five great goals. If anybody has any investigation to do they should ask Inter Allies. If any Ashgold member is involved they should also point him”, he told Accra based Happy FM.

“For now they should ask Hashmin Musah because he said it was a fixed match and he will be the best to help out with the investigations.” –Ghanasoccernet
