“Your inauguration has come at a time the nation needs prophets and Gbawe as a home of prophets, the circuit needs prophets to speak the minds of God,” he added.

Rt. Rev. Edusa-Eyison urged the Superintendent Minister to be knowledgeable in matters of spiritual, doctrinal, theological, and ecclesiastical while exercising patient in his roles, saying “though trials may arise, you must be steadfast in the Lord and victory will be yours.”

He also reminded him not to relent on his effort to first learn and then teach the heavenly truths while ensuring effective growth.

“As a new circuit, you’re required to put structures in place for smooth running of the circuit and teach your leaders to do the things the Methodist way,” he said.

The Diocesan Bishop then admonished the lay members of the circuit to support the minister in the affairs of the church and continue to help one another materially and financially for effective service.

The Very Rev. Mintah, expressed gratitude to the Methodist Church for the confidence reposed  in him and pledged his commitment to build a christ centered leadership for growth and development.
