Medeama SC and Dreams FC are set to clash at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in the 2023 champion of Champions game.
The two teams are facing each other after winning the two premier competitions on the FA’s football calendar.
Medeama SC staged a late rally to overtake Bechem United and Aduana Stars to emerge the winners of the Premier League, while Dreams FC accounted for relegated King Faisal in the FA Cup competition to become the champions.
The two clubs, who are expected to lead Ghana’s charge on the continent front – the CAF Champions League and Confederations Cup competition, would therefore lock horns at the Cape Coast Stadium in what is termed as the season’s curtain-raiser on September 3.
Kick off time is 6pm.
As part of the day’s activities, there will be a derby between rivals Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs and Venomous Viper at 3pm at the same venue.
