An event dubbed, Sp3sh Africa Fashion weekend, aimed at bringing people together to properly position Ghana’s fashion industry on a high pedestal has been held in Accra.
The event commenced on December, 12, 2019, at the African Regent Hotel, and followed through to Saturday, December 14.
The programme after its official launch started with a fashion business seminar, where industry players met to discuss the business opportunity available, and the need to collaborate with one another.
On Friday, December 13, it continued with an amazing runway show at the Palace Mall, which also served as a platform for people to patronise made in Ghana products.
The event ended on Saturday, December 14, with a masterclass, called Fashion Summit, at the same venue, where fashion industry players gathered to consider ways to be able to adapt to the changing trends in fashion.
Sp3sh Fashion has a vision of creating a powerful, branding and sales platform to project the country’s fashion industry to be able to compete with global trends.
