Christ Reminders New Church ordains 8 new pastors

The Christ Reminders New Church in Accra at the weekend ordained eight new pastors in Accra, to propagate the gospel and contribute to the church’s physical and spiritual growth.

They are Dr Samuel Ofori Danso, Nicholas Agyare Boadi, John Danquah Obeng, Seth Godfred Oklu, Isaac Kwame Tetteh, Osown Noah Teye, Emmanuel Larweh and David Kweku Tetteh.

They were presented each with a Holy Bible, pastoral collar and edified as they took the Holy Communion.

The Head Pastor of the church, Reverend Daniel Adu Asare, who officiated, tasked the new gospel ministers to firmly uphold the holistic Christian faith to defend the word against any form of indoctrination.

He also counselled them to guard against pride, arrogance and disobedience, and urged them to be committed to the cause of God, and steer clear from making false prophecies as it was detrimental to the stability of the nation and the Christian community.

Reverend Asare urged Ghanaians to stay true to their faith during the ongoing economic hardship by working hard and seeking the face of God for the leadership of the country to restore Ghana to its glory days.

He charged the new pastors to use their mantle to save people and expand the ministry, whilst urging them to always keep in mind that they were called by God to spread his message.

Pastor Dr Samuel Ofori Danso, one of the newly ordained pastors, stated that he had been a long-time member of the church, adding that his new status would not affect his commitment to the church, but would put in place measures to win souls for God.
