Keeper’s House Chapel donates assorted items to Egyam Children’s Home

The Takoradi branch of the Keeper’s House Chapel International has marked its third anniversary with a donation of assorted items and cash to the Egyam Children’s Home in Takoradi.

The items included bags of rice, gallons of oil, drinks, detergents, and clothes.

Held on last Wednesday, the anniversary was on the theme: “Celebrating God’s Goodness and Faithfulness in Ministry”.

The Resident Pastor, Patrick Danso-Fynn, and other members of the church danced with the children and held a ministry with them.

In his remarks, Pastor Danso-Fynn noted that it was the third consecutive year that the church had made similar donations to the Egyam Children’s Home.

He said the Takoradi branch of Keeper’s House Chapel International had donated the items on behalf of the Founder and General Overseer, Reverend Francis Aubyn.

Pastor Danso-Fynn urged the children to be serious with their studies to excel in their exams and move on to higher institutions to attain professional qualifications.

He charged them to take inspiration from some of the inmates of the home who had moved on to secondary and tertiary institutions.

In her remarks, the matron of the Egyam Children’s Home, Ms Mary Gladys Boakye, expressed gratitude to the church for the gesture.

She said the items would be very beneficial to the children in terms of feeding and other needs.
