AirtelTigo, last Friday, unveiled a song in Accra for its all-in-one product that could be used to call all networks and browse the internet with no expiry.

Titled “Fuse bundle Song”,it was  composed by Global Afro beat and Ghana’s own superstar, Nana Richard Abiona, popularly known as Fuse ODG as part of the Fuse Bundle campaign to connect customers to both the functional and emotional traits of Airtel Tigo brand.

The Fuse Bundle Song and dance were unveiled in a Facebook Live event with staff, media, Fuse ODG from his base in London and watched by many online.

In an interactive session with the host of the event, Jay Foley, one of Ghana’s popular media personalities, Fuse ODG expressed excitement at the opportunity to be part of the Fuse bundle campaign.

“I am very proud to be part of this campaign especially because it’s called the Fuse Bundle. WOOW what a blessing, I am excited to see this partnership grow and for us to do more projects together,” thrilled Fuse ODG said.

He disclosed that AirtelTigo is the first telecom company he has composed a song for, and this makes his love for the song that much more and memorable.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Finance Officer  (CFO) at AirtelTigo, Mr Prince Acheampong, said  “Our brand promise is to make life simple for customers and the Fuse Bundle which does not expire is another example of our commitment to that promise.

He said the aim of their brand was to make life simple for customers and the Fuse Bundle which does not expire was another of fulfilling that commitments.

Mr Acheampong said ‘’we are excited about the collaboration with Fuse ODG, his unique artistry which embodies the spirit of Ghana resonates with our brand promise. We believe that music is a medium that connects seamlessly, and our association with the Fuse ODG is an exciting step in that direction.’’

Mr Acheampong described Fuse ODG as an innovator, passionate creator and active influencer ‘’His talent is truly immense and without a doubt one of the biggest music exports from the shores of West Africa to the world.’’ He said.

He revealed that they spent six months knowing and speaking to their customers on what exactly they wanted, adding that customers wanted a package of units and data which do not expire.

 ‘’This was so relevant and different because there may be other packages out there but ours do not expire’’, Mr Acheampong stated.

 He said and adding that, AitelTigo would engage customs with a series of activities on the Fuse Bundle Song and dance.
