Global Media Alliance (GMA) Group, owners of e.TV, Happy FM, and Y FM have launched the second edition of the ‘Live Inside and Win the Ride’ (LIWTR) reality show.
This year, the winner will go home with a brand-new Renault Duster SUV.
The concept of the competition, is to bring together five individuals from different backgrounds across the country together to endure sitting with one another in a Renault Duster SUV. During that period, contestants are evicted till the last person left standing becomes the winner of the car.
Speaking to The Spectator, at the Accra Mall Food Court, last Wednesday the Chief Executive Officer of GMA, Mr. Ernest Boateng, said the reason for the reality show was to bring “strangers” together in one car to coexist under stringent conditions, to promote healthy competition.
He added that it was also to reward the lucky winner with a brand-new Renault Duster SUV car.
“The ‘Live Inside and Win the Ride’reality show will teach contestants some basic survival tactics, test their endurance levels and also boost the tolerance levels,” Mr.Boateng said.
The C.E.O urged all interested people to pick up their forms and register to be part of a lifetime experience.
Project Manager of the LIWTR Reality Show, Mrs Ese Adjabeng, on her part urged “those whowant to take part in the competition to visit all the various online platforms of GMA and lookout for the #WintheRide19 tab.”
According to her, an applicant was expected to pay a registration fee of GHS 50.00, through an MTN mobile money number and enter a transaction ID on the form.
She added that when the process was completed, the applicant you would receive a confirmation message, authenticating payment and registration.
Ms.Adjabeng, said that her outfit would hold auditions in Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi to screen the applicants, following this, the shortlisted applicants would be made to go through medical screening to ensure their fitness for participation.
