Commissioner-General attains Doctorate Degree in Business Leadership

The Commissioner-General of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Rev. AmmishaddaiOwusu-Amoah has graduated with a Doctorate Degree in Business Leadership from the Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland in affiliation to the Nobel International Business School, Ghana.

The conferment of the degree was after over three years of study, examination and public defence of his thesis on the topic “The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Team Performance – The Moderating Role of Organisational Culture”.

Commenting on his achievement, the Commissioner-General said he was motivated by a desire to impart his enormous experience in leadership in various organisations to the youth and to help build capacity.

The Commissioner- General holds an MBA from the Henley Management College, UK, MSC in Applied Leadership Research from the Swiss Business School, MA in Theology from the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Rev. Dr Owusu-Amoah has in recent times received a number of awards in recognition ofa number of bold initiatives in areas such as digitalisation and tax reforms introduced at the GRA under his leadership resulting in the achievement of significant milestones.
