The Supreme court yesterday ordered  Waterville Holdings (BVI) Limited to refund to the State the amount of 25 million Euros paid to it in 2010. In its judgement the nine-member panel of Justices unanimously declared as unconstitutional the basis on which the amount was paid to the construction firm.
