Remains of policeman, wife, baby burnt to death buried
Sergeant Owusu Asante Baafi, who died together with his wife and their three -month-old baby boy in a fire outbreak at Apromasi in the Ashanti Region, have been buried.
The 35-year-old policeman, who was attached to the Police Intelligence Department (PID), his wife, Abena Akyaa, 32, Samuel Kwabena Baafi Nyamedo, the baby, were buried on Saturday, at Adomfe in the Asante Akyem South Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The coffin of the Sgt Baafi was wrapped in Ghana Police Service flag with a service cap placed on it.
A requiem service was performed by the Ghana Police Chaplain and the coffin taken through a procession.
