The Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Oti Akenten has stated categorically that he will not apply for the job again.
The Ghana FA wants a replacement for the veteran football administrator, whose contract will not be renewed when it expires this month.
The FA has, however, opened application for interested coaches to apply for the top-notch job.
During an interview on Accra-based Happy FM, Akenten said he will not apply for the position again when his term expires.
“It will be difficult for me to reapply for the job because while at post, they have opened the application for interested persons to apply.
“If the FA really wanted to work with me, they would have talked to me for me to even ignore it.” –Ghanaweb
