NTC staff bids late c olleague farewell

Mr Martin Adu-Owusu, the acting Managing Director of the New Times Corporation (NTC) at the weekend led staff of the corporation to the funeral of the late Andrew Mensah, a former employee, in Kumasi.

Among his entourage was Mr Alfred Koomson, Marketing Manager, Mr Ofori Addo, Regional Operations Manager, leaders of the local union and other employees.

They joined hundreds of mourners who gathered the Christ Transfiguration Catholic Church  for the memorioal and burial service.

Mr Adu-Owusu in a brief  remark praised the late Mensah for his dedicated service to the corporation, entreating all staff to work hard for a brighter future.

He said the late Mensah was an industrious worker who contributed his quota to the fortunes of New Times Corporation adding that it was unfortunate he fell ill which later led to his demise.

He said even though a vacuum had been created by his early demise God’s plans were the best.

Mr Adu-Owusu commiserated with the  family but was hopeful that the Lord would comfort, guide and protect them in the years ahead.
