Nsoatreman FC ready for Premier League challenge

The owner of newly promoted Ghana Premier League (GPL) side, Mr. Ignatius Baffour Awuah has fired a salvo Premier League clubs in the elite division clubs, vowing to put up a performance that will leave lasting footprints on the competition.

The club sealed promotion to the GPL for the very first time after defeating Tamale City FC 2-1 after extra-time in a Division One League (DOL) Zone 1 play-off game.

That victory crowned an eventful year for Mr. Baffour Awuah who fully acquired the club in April 2021 and promised to elevate its status as a lower division club to an elite one.

Mr Awuah who doubles as Member of Parliament for Sunyani West Constituency and Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, told the media that from day one when he acquired the club, he made a vow to make this feat real in a very short time.
