The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) received three awards at the Corporate Ghana Awards held in Accra on Boxing Day last year.
The event was organised by organisers of the Radio and Television Personality Awards.
It saw the honouring of the Authority’s Chief Executive, Dr Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, as the “Dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO)” of the Year.
The Authority in entirety was also bestowed the “Company of the Year” for petroleum downstream regulation and the “Best Corporate Social Responsibility of the year.”
A total of 43 individuals and institutions were honoured that evening and they fell in both the public and private sectors.
These persons and institutions received recognition for their exceptional performances and impacts on the social and economic development of the country.
