Lawyer supports aged in Opa

A private legal practitioner, Mr John Ajet Nasam, has donated assorted food items to the aged at Opa, a community in the Ga North Municipality of the Greater Accra Region, as part of his Christmas charity to the needy.

The beneficiaries numbering about 60 each received a bag of rice and tins of mackerel.

Mr Nasam has been contributing his widow’s mite to the elderly as well as the underprivileged in some deprived communities in the country.

What particularly captured the attention of the gathering was a one year and three months old child, who also received items.

“This unfortunate child has lost both parents, but Mr Nasam and his family have graciously adopted her since birth and promised to take good care of her,” he said.

The beneficiaries were very grateful to the private legal practitioner for the gesture and attention he had for them in time of need.
