Laryea Odai picks up form to contest NPP parliamentary primary

Mr Emmanuel Laryea Odai, an engineer on Wednesday presented his nomination forms to contest the New Patriotic Party (NPP) primaries for the Krowor constituency, Nungua currently being held by Mrs Elizabeth Afoley Quaye, Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture.
Presenting his forms to an exuberant reception, Mr Odai appealed to party delegates to support his bid on this contest and rally behind him to ensure massive win for the NPP in the 2020 election.
He further called on the executives and delegates not to allow themselves to be influenced by material enticements, but support his vision to bring rapid development to the constituency which had seen very marginal infrastructure and development in the past.
Receiving his forms, Constituency Chairman, Mr Atta Gyima advised him to ensure a clean campaign devoid of divisive language as the election draws closer.
The constituency chairman thanked Mr Laryea Odai for expressing his interest to serve the party and thanked him for the peaceful process he has begun so far in picking and presenting his nomination forms.
Present at the brief ceremony was Mr Enoch Boachie Yiadom, constituency secretary.
