The court heard that four out of 13 AK-47 rifles were retrieved.

The prosecution said in January, 2022, Amemako, Bosso, Amedziko, Gbordzor, Serworvor and Nyavor were arrested when they attempted to purchase 2,000 rounds of AK-47 ammunition from an undercover Defense Intelligence Officer at Aflao

It said Ahiabenu, a resident of Hohoe, was arrested at Akatsi on January 8, 2022, when he visited a spiritualist for fortification against gunshots.
