Over two thousand people dressed in blue and white outfits from all walks of life last Sunday thronged the Cecelia Marfo Worship Conference Centre at Mataheko-Afienya in Accra to support Evangelist Cecelia Marfo launch her 18th album.
The event, that saw the launch of two albums titled, “Osoro Adoma Rewoso Ayeyie” and “Nea Wo Be Fa Masem witnessed various gospel ministers, high profiled pastors and dignitaries from different churches.
In an interview with Times Weekend, the worship bulldozer said she was amazed at the high attendance of the launch and described it as a move from glory to glory.
She said the songs on the albums were meant to transform numerous lives and ‘set the captives free’.
The ‘Afunumba’ hitmaker said she will continue to raise high the flag of Christ and preach the true gospel.
The songstress expressed gratitude to the Almighty God and those who made all things possible since the beginning of the event, preparation till the end.
Evangelist Cecilia Marfo released her first praise and worship album “Mere Hwihwe Wo” in 1998, followed by “Manwonsaso” in 2010, then “Oh Praise, “Nadokyi”, “I Just Praise”, “Medawase”, “Medeogya Bediwanim among others.
