Bomigo E.P School presented with school items

Stay in School Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organi­sation (NGO), has presented a number of items to pupils of classes four and five of the Bom­igo E.P. Basic School in the Volta Region.

The items include school uni­forms, books and sanitary pads for the School Girl’s Club to make them healthy.

Presenting the items, Mr Tim­othy Dziedzom Amaglo-Mensah, leader of the NGO said they formed the organisation to pro­vide the needs of some pupils and students to enable them to stay in School to, at least, complete their basic education.

Mr Benjamin Awuku, head­master of the school receiving the items, thanked the Stay in School Initiative for the items and asked other NGOs to support the school.

Other members of the Stay in School Initiative present at the ceremony include Mr Eugene Aboagye Asante, Project Lead; Mr Isaac Lartey, member and Mr Ju­lius Dzagbletey and Mr Theophi­lus Xeflide, both of the SpreadAid International.
