Head Coach of the Black Queens, Bashiru Hayford has named his final squad for the 2018 Africa Women’s football championship to be hosted in Ghana next month.

The Black Queens have been scheduled to play Zambia and Kenya in an international friendly match ahead of the much-anticipated tournament.

Those invited include Nana Ama Asantewaa (Police Ladies); Patricia Mantey (Immigration Ladies); Fafali Dumahisi (Police Ladies); Jane Ayieyam (Police Ladies); Lily Niber Lawrence (Hasaacas Ladies); Diana Wiagbe (Halifax Ladies); Leticiab Zikpi (Immigration Ladies); Linda Addae (Soccer Interlectuals) and Gladys Amfobea (Lady Strikers).

The rest are Pricscilla Hagan (Cyprus); Linda Eshun (Grindivic FC, Iceland); Elizabeth Addo (Reign FC, USA); Juliet Egyir (Affulding FC, USA); Juliet Acheampong (Prisons Ladies); Veronica Darkwa Rita Okyere (Prisons Ladies); Grace Asantewaa, Philicity Asuako (Police Ladies) and Faustina Kyeremah (Immigration Ladies).

Those that failed to make the squad included Priscilla Lartey (Valued Girls); Azumi Adams (goalkeeper) and Karrima Perpetual Agyekum (Hasaacas ladies).

Others have been put on waiting list. They included Cynthia Adubea (Prisons); Gifty Appiah (Immigration); Alberta Asante (Police ladies); Ellen Ampong (Sea Lions); Elizabeth Owusuah (Sea Lions).
