Attram De Visser, Golden Kicks clash in Anagblah Mem. Cup

Attram De Visser, owned by former Accra Great Olympics player and coach, Godwin Attram will lock horns with Golden Kicks in a 1/16 clash of the Jordan Anagblah Memorial Cup championship at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park today.

Attram De Visser caused one of the shocks at the previous stage when they defeated tournament favourites, Cedar Stars 2-1 to qualify for this stage.

Golden Kicks also inflicted a 1-0 away win over Immigration at the Saint Aquinas Park.

The Eastern ZONE clash has drawn a lot of talking points since the fixtures were released following the impressive performances showed.

Golden Kicks have won some very difficult games and are ready for yet another giant-killing feat.

However, it remains to be seen if Kicks can extend their heroics over De Visser which will have Attram issue out instructions from the bench.

Meanwhile, fans of Golden Kicks have called on organisers to appoint competent referees for the game.

But Mr Eugene Jacquaye, General Coordinator for the tournament has assured of fair officiating for all game this weekend and subsequent weeks.

At the Legon Ajax Park, Eurafrica Academy will engage BHOG FC while at the Nungua Town Park, Emmanuel FC will take on Ashaiman Scandy for a place in the quarterfinals.

In the Western Zone Pofmade, FC will take on Madina Miracle at the Nania Park at 9 am while Rapid FC battle it out with Paron Sporting Club at 11 am.

The Okwahu Park will host the clash between Charity Stars and Jacole FC at 1:45 pm with Newtown Youth clashing with Police Nationals at 3:45 pm.
