The Municipal Manager of DVLA, Mr. David Amamkwaah, lamented that some drivers ‘were getting away with murders they cause on the roads.”

The municipal fire commander, DOIII Alex Assiem, said “in the event of any accident, people at the scene should allow the technical people like the Fire Service, Ambulance Service, the Red Cross, the Police and other relevant bodies to independently play their roles.”
