WAFA too good for Bechem

A brace from youngster Richmond Lamptey earned WAFA all three points as they halted Bechem United’s three game winning streak over the weekend.

The 21-year-old fired the Academy Boys into the lead early in the early stages of the first-half at the Sogakope Park in what was the first goal of this matchday before topping it up late into the second-half with a classy finish to cement the victory for the academy side.

Lamptey topped it up late into the second-half with a world class finish to bury the game firmly beyond the visitors.

Manuel Zaccarius’s Bechem United side went into the clash maintaining a decent streak of results in their last three games.

But an exciting WAFA side drilled them, outgasing them to their own game to claim victory. – Ghanasoccernet
