VICE President Paa Kwasi Amissah-Arthur has handed over the keys of a 12-seater Hyundai H-1 to the RICHOFF Disability Sports and Educational Foundation (RDSEF) at his residence in Accra last Tuesday.
The presentation was in fulfillment of a pledge he made during the foundation’s fund-raising dinner dance held at the Banquet Hall in July.
Making the presentation to the founder of RDSEF, Mr. Richard Offei, Mr. Amissah-Arthur called on various institutions and individuals who pledged to support the foundation, to redeem their pledges to enable the foundation work quickly.
He again called on corporate institutions to come on board and lend a helping hand to RICHOFF.
Receiving the keys, Mr. Offei thanked the vice president for the immense support to the foundation. He also presented a plaque to the vice president in recognition of his support to the foundation.
Mr. Offei disclosed that some institutions have started redeeming their pledges and mentioned T.T. Brothers as donating 200 bags of cements while Mr. Aplaku of Samara Group of companies gave 90 bags with New Life Herbal Clinic and Agbeve Herbal Clinic presenting 30 and 20 bags of cement respectively.
