Unibank Launches Promo To Reward Loyal Customers

Mettle PixUniBank Ghana Limited has launched “The Dash for 200K Promotion” aimed at rewarding its loyal customers.

About 30 customers will be rewarded with consolation and cash prizes ranging from GH¢10,000 to GH¢200,000 in three draws beginning September 15 to December 15, 2014.

The consolation prizes include television sets, furniture and other electronic appliances.

Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director of the bank in-charge of Operations, Mr. Clifford Mettle said the promotion was to show appreciation to customers for their contributions to the growth of the bank.

He said the bank was poised to delivering the best customer service in line with international practices.

“We are poised to leverage experience, great people and cutting edge technology to exceed customer expectations once they partner with us,” he said.

Explaining the criteria for the draws, he said the campaign would be supervised by the National Lottery Authority under the Caritas Platform to select winners.

He said holders of savings, current and Unifund accounts could enter the draw once they deposit GH¢100 and grow the account by GH¢500.

He said two mini draws would precede the grand draw which comes off in December in Accra.

The first draw, to be held in Kumasi on October 17, would see two winners rewarded with GH¢10,000 each with twelve other winners receiving consolation prizes of television sets, furniture and other electronic appliances.

Similarly, the second and third draws would see customers rewarded with prizes ranging from GH¢20,000 and GH¢50,000 with other customers receiving consolation prizes.

The grand draw would be held 12 days after the end of the promotion in Accra where the ultimate winner receives GH¢200,000.

The Chief Executive of the bank, Mr. Felix Nyarko-Pong, in a speech read on his behalf by the Executive Director, Mr. Owusu-Ansah Awere described the promotion as a unique model to reward customers in spite of the country’s economic situation.

He said within the last twelve months, several promotions were run by the bank to satisfy customer needs.
