Ultra-modern SIC Life mall inaugurated

sic pixA new ultra-modern shopping mall dubbed, SIC Life Mall, has been opened in the heart of the Central Business District of Accra.

The new shopping edifice which was inaugurated by the Chief of Staff, Mr. Julius Debrah, comprises of 76 shops, seven offices, three banking halls, a restaurant, two open rooftop terraces, 11 basement storage areas, a CCTV room controlling 75 cameras for maximum security and an 80 bay underground parking lot for patrons.

The multi-million Ghana cedi facility also has entry points, five staircases, three lifts, six escalators, five ramps for the physically challenged and a number of restrooms.

Opening the mall, the Managing Director of SIC Life, Mr. Aaron Issa Anafure, said the mall was set up to ensure maximum return on the investments of patrons of the company’s products.

“As a leading life insurance company in Ghana, SIC Life has devoted itself to not only ensuring the security of the monies of our policyholders but to ensure a profitable return on those monies upon maturity,” he said.

Mr. Anafure said the company was poised to aggressively develop its extensive portfolio of real estate which include a proposed office complex at the 7th Avenue, Ridge; a mixed use development of shopping mall, apartments, hotel and office block on a 11.27 acre land in the Chapel Hill area of Takoradi.

He said other projects would be executed at Ho in the Volta Region and Noyhini in Tamale among others.
