Toyota Ghana in collaboration with EUSBETT Group of Companies has opened its service centre in Sunyani to take care of its customers.
The centre to be known as EUSBETT-Toyota Service Centre will service clients who hitherto had to travel to Kumasi in Ashanti Region to service their vehicles.
The services to be provided include general maintenance, express repairs, engine overhauling, computerised alignment and air conditioner services, among others.
At the certification ceremony to open the centre, the Managing Director of Toyota Ghana, Tetsuya Suematsu promised a first class service to customers, adding that they have enhanced the capacity of their service providers.
He said Toyota vehicles have been designed to appeal to customers all over the world and maintain its status as the global best seller.
“By the introduction of this new service centre, we reinforce our commitment to provide customers the best and ownership experience,” the Managing Director said.
The Deputy Brong-Ahafo Regional Minister, Justice Samuel Adjei commended the Managing Director of EUSBETT Group of Companies for taking the lead to partner Toyota Ghana for the opening of the centre.
He noted that the opening of the service centre in Sunyani will go a long way to cut the cost of customers who have to travel to far before getting access to service their vehicles.
The Managing Director of EUSBETT Group of Companies, Sam Bennett, in his welcome address said the centre would put customers first in their day-to-day activities.
