Torgah who competed for the fourth time running finished first and grabbed his fourth successive victory in the 20 year old competition.
Competing in his second year, Korblah improved his performance to finish second.
They grabbed cash prizes of $10,000 and $6,000 respectively.
A delighted Torgah thanked his fellow golfers for their support and vowed to defend the flag of Ghana wherever duty calls.
Torgah last year won the Gold Fields Ghana PGA championship and is gradually becoming a force to reckon with in Ghana.
He hoped to sustain the performance in subsequent tournaments both locally and internationally, urging corporate to support golf.
The competition attracted participants from Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroun, Cote d’Ivoire, France and the host country Gabon with about 40 professionals and 80 amateurs in attendance.
