Tesano Spinners hammer GRA

The Ghana Table Tennis League bounced back after a two week break with impressive second round matches at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
In the Men’s single and double category, the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) suffered a heavy defeat as they were hammered by Tesano Spinners 3-0 in the first match of the day.
The Ghana Police Service beat Ashaiman Power Club 3-0 while Ghana National Fire Service secured a comfortable 3-0 win over Team Baboo.
Western Table Tennis Club trashed Madina Stars 3-0 as King’s Royal Academy managed to beat the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) 3-2.
The security services of Ghana had a remarkable day as the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) and Ghana Navy all secured 3-0, 3-1 wins over Synergy T.T Club and Ashanti Otumfuo Stars, respectively.
In the women’s category, Tesano Spinners continued with their fine form as they beat Team Coach Addo 3-0 in the first women fixtures of the day.
The Ghana Army, however, beat Ashanti Otumfuo Stars 3-0 to appease their angry fans after their male team lost to King’s Royal Academy while Immigration managed to beat Madina Club 3-1 in the final women fixtures for the day.
Meanwhile, Tesano Spinners are top of the men’s league table with 51 points after winning all 17 matches so far in the competition.

Synergy T.T Club are lying bottom on the league log after failing to win a single match since the commencement of the competition.
In the women’s group, Tesano Spinners are first on the league table with 33 points after winning all 11 matches played in the so far in the competition.
Team Coach Addo is second with 29 points while Ghana Navy is third with 27 points.
