The Accra Lawn Tennis Club (ALTC) has opened registration for the 2019 edition of the Accra City Open tennis championship scheduled from March 21-30, 2019.
Mr Peter Annan, Coordinator of the event said the forms can be obtained at the front desk of the ALTC.
He explained that forms for the socials will be sold for GH¢20.00; that of the semi professionals will go for GH¢25.00 with the professional event going for GH¢30.00.
The event is expected to draw players in their 30s to 75 plus who will feature in nine major events including the Men’s Single 35-44, 45-54, and 55-64 among others.
However in the ladies event players who are to feature in the ladies Open singles must not exceed the age limit of 39 whilst those competing in the Ladies singles must be 40 years and above.
