He said for a start, he would provide GH¢5,000.00 to aid the completion of some ongoing development projects in the school.
He was speaking at the 50th anniversary and prize-giving day of the school held at Nsawam.
The MP said ensuring access to quality education was one of his major priorities and that he would continue to do all he could to help make the school environment academically-friendly.
Mr. Theo Thadmore-Sarcoh, headmaster of the school, expressed concern about the challenge of inadequate dormitories and teachers’ accommodation which he described as a major hindrance to the expansion of the school.
In addition, he said the school was grappling with the problem of encroachment on the school land, saying the only solution was to wall the school to maintain the remaining land.
He therefore, appealed for assistance from government, individuals and organisations for support towards tackling the problems for the benefit of the students.
