The Societe Generale Ghana, a customer-centric banking institution, has commissioned an ultra-modern office at Dansoman to serve customers in and around the area.
The facility has an innovative automatic queue management system, a digital corner for all online transactions and full privileged lounge designed to offer customers a more functional, comfortable and user friendly banking space.
Opening the new office on Wednesday, Sionle Yeo, Managing Director of Societe Generale, said the bank had come out with new strategies and products to make it a preferred banking institution that provides its customers with quality products and services.
He mentioned retail accounts investment products, insurance products, overdraft, loans and privileged banking services as well as increasing its outlets as some of its strategies.
“Opening this new office at Dansoman is part of the Societe Generale’s strategic objectives to bring services closer to customers, and as our customers are the focus of our decisions, this branch has been strategically positioned to ensure that our clients have easy access to the bank,” he said.
Mr. Yeo said the bank was committed to deepening the collaborations with its customers and also develop relevant solutions to their needs in a timely manner to grow their business.
The Board Chairman of Societe Generale, Mrs. Teresa Ntim said currently the bank has more than 11,000 business customers and 220,000 retail customers, and urged businesses to partner the bank.
