Sensels School launches 20th anniversary

Sensels School at Taifa in Accra has launched its 20th anniversary with an appeal to well-meaning Ghanaians and organisations for support.

The anniversary, which would be marked on October 7, 2017, has the theme, “20 years of quality child care: enroute to a perfect future.”

Established on October 6, 1997 as a non-denominational Christian school, the facility has a current population of about 600 pupils between the ages of six months and 25 years.

Lady Rev. Dr Abena Tay, proprietress of the school calling for support, said the school has productive graduates and its alumni cut across various professions.

“Helping us, therefore, will be an opportunity to impact more lives and as well help with development,” she said.

Apart from the need for additional facilities to enhance teaching and learning, she also called for the rehabilitation of the road network in the area, adding that the deplorable state of the roads was affecting education as parents and teachers find it difficult travelling on the roads to the school.
