QPR Deserved All 3 Points Against Manchester City —Redknapp

QPR boss Harry Redknapp was disappointed to leave with only a draw against Premier League champions Man-chester City.

Rangers took the lead twice against City, but couldn’t contain Sergio Aguero who cancelled out both goals.

And Redknapp believes the two strikes from the Argentine came against the run of play.

He said: “I felt that once we got 2-1 in front we would go on and win the game, but they are always dangerous – they’ve got quality players in their team.

“But overall I thought when we went 1-0 up they scored against the run of play – at that time we were having near misses.

“They scored against the run of play, I felt we came strong again second half, went 2-1 up and I thought we’d hang on.

“You know you can’t relax when they’ve got so many quality players in the team. But again another excellent performance from QPR. I thought we were great tonight.”
