A two-day seminar on energy saving and higher efficient air-conditioning system has been held in Accra.

Organised by COOLINK Limited, it also witnessed the launch of ‘Carrier Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems’, that allow a minimum outdoor unit of air-condition to take a maximum number of indoor units.

Participants were taken through the sales, installation and maintenance of the system by a technical team from Carrier Africa, led by Mr. Mohamed Yehia, Product Marketing and Technical Support Director.

Briefing the media in an interview, Mrs. Dalia Akl, Head, Sales & Marketing, COOLINK Limited, noted that the launch had come in an opportune time to salvage the nation from the current energy crisis, stressing that the system uses low current/low power consumption with higher efficiency.

She assured that the company would continue to invest in the supply of energy saving, durable, cost effective and higher efficient air-conditioning systems to save the nation a lot of power.

For his part, Mr. Yehia, advised stakeholders, including businesses interested in air-conditions, to embrace the Carrier VRF System saying it was a good facility for residential, light commercial and commercial buildings.
