One of the suspects, Mammud Mohammed, 24, a trader, was arrested for terrorising residents at Adentan, whilst the others Nana Kwame, Agbogba Junior, Stephen Soglo Makafui, Amuzu Mensah and Herman Christopher, were also arrested at Baastona for robbery.

The Greater Accra Regional Police Commander, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Christian Tetteh Yohuno at a press conference in Accra, said on November 5, this year, at about 1:15a.m., Mammud and three others armed with machete, attacked and robbed a lady in her resident at Adentan-Sakora.

He said they robbed her of her iphone, Samsung flat screen television, a home theatre, two laptops and a sum of GH¢500.

DCOP Yohuno said when the police was informed of the robbery they proceeded to the scene, but the four who were parking the booty into a car, bolted as soon as they spotted the police.

The Police Commander said Mammud was traced to Adentan and was arrested.

DCOP Yohuno said on November 26, this year, at about 2.00 a.m. police control room received a distress call that a house at Hydrophone Estate in Accra, was under attack.
