Papaye Fast Foods opens Awudome branch

Papaye Fast Foods Limited has opened a new branch at Awudome, a suburb of   Accra on Tuesday.

It brings to six the number of branches that the company has in the country after 28 years of existence.

Other branches are situated at Osu, Tesano, Spintex Road, Lapaz and Tema.

Speaking at the opening of the branch, Mrs Elizabeth Sackey, Deputy Greater Accra Regional Minister, said the government was creating an institutional framework for businesses to flourish in the country.

She noted that the industrialisation and hospitality industry were major strategies for economic development stressing that “government would do all in its power to encourage public and private sector collaboration to achieve it.”

Mrs Sackey commended the company for their achievements and urged them to be proactive in meeting the needs of their customers.

Mr Divine Kwadwo Asiedu, the Chief Executive Officer of Papaye, said the success of the company was as a result of careful planning, hard work and tireless support of their customers.

He stated that the new branch would serve as a total food solution to the people of Awudome and its environs.

Mr Asiedu added that the company would not compromise on the standards of quality, comfort, affordability and the signature of the country’s hospitality.

“We will continue serving the best tasty food at a good value, in a clean and comfortable restaurant at affordable prices and treating our customers as royals,” he stressed.

Dr Samir Kalmoni, the Executive Chairman of the company said “it took the company 25 years of careful planning, researching, negotiation and hard work to be the market leader of fast food in the country.”

He said the company’s vision was to be the brand leader in the integrated hospitality in the country.

Dr Kalmoni announced that the company would outdoor another branch at Haatso before the end of the second quarter of the year.
