The Olam Sales Officer, who had previously won a cash prize in one of the monthly draws held in Koforidua, was adjudged to have gained the most points within the promotion period according to data collated by international auditing firm, KPMG.
At the West Hills Mall in Accra, where the final draw was held, Baba Ibrahim who could not hide his joy said, “Initially, I was a bit sceptical about being able to win anything. However, when I won GH¢10, 000 in Koforidua, I decided to push harder and go all out to win the ultimate prize. I’m grateful to Vodafone for this life changing opportunity.”
Presenting the cash prize to Baba, Agnes Emefa Essah, Marketing Director of Vodafone Ghana said, “Vodafone Ghana has a history of celebrating loyal customers in a unique way and has rewarded over 200,000 customers, exceeding the original target of 180,000. I am happy to say that although the ultimate winner has been crowned, the promotion will still continue till 31st March 2016 to give our customers the opportunity to win some more.”
Meanwhile, Mallam Haruna, Ismael Manaaf and Phillip Paitoo were also winners on the day; bagging home GH¢30,000, GH¢10,000 and GH¢5,000, respectively.
