NDK Financial Services launches Foundation

ndk pixNDK Financial Services Limited has set up a foundation to invest GH¢ 2 million in the area of education, health and sports development in the country.

Known as the “NDK Corporate Social Responsibility Foundation” it has a five- member board of trustee led by Professor Ellen Bortei-Doku Aryeetey, a former Director of the Centre for Social Policy Studies (CSPS) at the University of Ghana has been appointed to steers the affairs of the foundation.

Speaking at the launch of the foundation in Accra, the Founder of NDK Financial Services Limited, Mr Oko-Nikoi Dzani said the initiative was to give back to society as NDK marks its 25th anniversary celebrations.

He said the foundation would serve as a vehicle through which its parent company NDK Financial Services Limited would conduct its corporate social responsibility activities.

Mr Dzani noted that the foundation would focus on infrastructural development and establish a scholarship scheme to assist needy but brilliant students.

“In the area of health the focus would be on infrastructural development and assisting with specific health needs of identified individuals while sports would support the developments of hockey”, he said.
