Mourinho’s camera outburst under investigation

JOSE Mourinho’s comments to a television camera after Manchester United’s 3-2 comeback win over Newcastle are being investigated by the Football Association.

Mourinho allegedly shouted “sons of b*****s” in Portuguese as he made his way down the touchline.

The FA will seek an official translation before deciding whether to take action.  Alexis Sanchez’s late header rescued a crucial three points United, who were two goals behind at half-time at Old Trafford.

Reports continue to circulate that Mourinho is on the verge of losing his job, with a host of problems – including an apparent row with Paul Pogba – disrupting United’s start to the season.

The Portuguese boss, 55, said there was a “manhunt” against him after Saturday’s win.

“I am 55, mature, but for the first time in football I see a manhunting.  “I can cope with it. I can live with it. But, clearly, some of the boys, in spite of not being the man that is hunted, are not coping well with it. It is not easy for them,” he said.

“Marcus Rashford was sad on the pitch, Scott McTominay was scared on the pitch. Even older players commit mistakes that are not normal.” – Eurosport
