Mawuli SHS secures furniture from alumni

The 1979 alumni group of Mawuli Senior High School (OMSUA) has presented 60 foldable tables to the school to be used by teachers in the classrooms.

Making the presentation, Mr Emmanuel Akoto, a senior member of the group noted that the donation was to support the strategic plan of the school in which aid has to be offered to address a number of listed needs.

He lauded the strategic plan since that would shape the interactions between the school and the old student towards the growth of the school for quality education.

He assured the school of their continued support for the benefit of the students, and hoped that their gesture would inspire other alumni year groups to offer support.

Mr Yram Gadoto, assistant headmaster Academic, who received the items, thanked the group for the gesture.

He noted that the development of a strategic document was based on the observation that the school was only guided by its yearly plans and had no documented guidelines for its activities.
