Mantrac Ghana Limited, sole authorised dealer of Caterpillar (CAT) products in Ghana, will hold a power solution seminar in Accra on September 15, to educate customers on new CAT models of power generators and hybrid solutions using the latest solar and energy storage technologies.
The one-day seminar comes at a time when the country and especially industry is going through major power crises.
Mantrac over the past year have supplied and supported very major power supply projects in the country with its trusted CAT branded diesel power generating sets.
Speaking to the media ahead of the seminar, the head of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Mantrac Ghana Mr. Daniel A. Pabby indicated that the company was constantly improving its products offerings to suit various applications in markets in which it operates.
This he said called for frequent engagements with customers due to keep them up to date.
The seminar is the very first of its kind and will be used to building customer loyalty as well as give opportunity for customers to interact with Mantrac and caterpillar experts on running very efficient power generating systems.
Mr. Pabby said the seminar was aimed to educate customers on the various levels of our equipment management support solutions and also share more views on Cat Finance collaboration with Stanbic Bank Ghana.
A total of over 100 customers and potential customers are expected to attend the seminar.
Caterpillar for more than 85years has been providing power to customers in various industries — hotels mining, banking, telecom, schools and many more.
In Ghana Mantrac the authorized dealer have succeeded in closing major power deals like the recent 5.8 mega watts diesel power generator deal with Persus Mining to boost its on-site power generating capacity at its Edikan Gold Mine (“Edikan”).
