After convict and one other person, now at large, finished eating the  ‘kaaklo’ they had bought, Dodzi grabbed and forcibly had sexual intercourse with her in an uncompleted building at Afariwa-Community 22, Tema, near Ashaiman.

Dodzi and his accomplice, after committing the crime, tried to flee but luck eluded him, and was arrested by passersby when victim raised the alarm and was handed over to the police.  Victim was issued with a medical form to attend hospital.

Mrs. Osei-Marfo said she found Dodzi guilty because he gave contradicting explanations in his evidence during the trial.—GNA
