President John Mahama has relieved Mr. Vincent Kuagbenu of his position as Chief Executive of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA).
A statement signed by the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, directed Mr. Kuagbenu to hand over to his successor, Mr. Kobina Beecham next Tuesday.
“The President has identified Mr. Kobina Beecham, to be considered for appointment as the Chief Executive of the Youth Employment Agency,” the statement, dated November 27, said.
“Mr. Kuagbenu would return to the Presidency with immediate effect,” it added.
Vincent Kuagbenu, a former boss of the National Service Secretariat (NSS), took over as the Chief Executive of YEA, from Kobby Acheampong in June, this year, when the President reshuffled a number of heads of public institutions and departments.
