Financial Audit Service of “Project for Improving Community-Based Primary Healthcare through CHPS Strengthening (CHPS+)”
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Ghana Office intends to procure the services of an Audit Firm for the purpose of auditing the project titled “Project for Improving Community-Based Primary Health Care through CHPS Strengthening (CHPS+)”.
KOICA now invites sealed proposals from qualified offerors with capabilities and experience for providing financial audit service. More details of the service are defined in the Terms of Reference of the RFP documents. An Audit Firm will be selected under Technical and Price-Based Selection and procedures described in the RFP documents.
A complete set of RFP document in English may be obtained (not for sale) by interested offerors from January 25th, 2017 to January 31th, 2017 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, after which RFP documents shall NOT be distributed. Interested offerors are requested to come along with USB (memory storage devises) for soft copies of the document.
The Proposals must be labelled and clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR AUDIT SERVICES, CHPS+ PROJECT”. Both inside envelopes shall indicate your firm’s name and address. The first inner sealed envelope shall be marked “Technical Proposal” and contain the technical component of your proposal. The second inner sealed envelope shall be marked “Price Proposal” and include your the price component.
All Proposals must be received by KOICA at the address specified below not later than 09:00 GMT on February 17h, 2017. All Proposals shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of submission. All Proposals must be accompanied by a bid Security of not less than Five (5%) of the proposed price quoted. Late Proposals will be rejected.
A two-stage procedure will be utilized in evaluating the proposals, with evaluation of the technical component being completed prior to any price component being opened and compared. The price component will be opened only for those firms/institutions whose technical component meets the requirements for the assignment
