GNAT gets new officers

The National Council of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), has ratified three positions of the top hierarchy of the association.

Consequently, Mr. David Ofori Acheampong, has been confirmed the new General Secretary of GNAT, by the National Council of the association, at a meeting at Ejisu in the Ashanti Region on Wednesday.

A statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of GNAT, Mr. Peter Korda, and copied The Ghanaian Times, said the National Council also confirmed Mr. Kwame Ofori-Atta as the new Deputy General Secretary for Finance of GNAT.

Ms Gifty Apambil is the new Deputy General Secretary for Education and Professional Development.
